MOBILE PRESS AND FEED TABLE

  • BUSCHUTZ ENGINEERING HAVE MODELLED UP A MOBILE PRESS AND FEED TABLE SPECIFICALLY AIMED AT THE LARGE CATTLE STATIONS IN AUSTRALIA.
  •  THIS MODEL ALLOWS FOR THE BALE TO BE "INDEXED" OUT OF THE COMPACTING CHAMBER, THROUGH AN AUTOMATED STRAPPING ARCH.
  •  THIS ALLOWS 5 OR 6 STRAPS TO BE EVENLY PLACED AROUND THE COMPRESSED BALE. THIS STRAPPING CYCLE TAKES APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES.
  • A SMALL PLC CONTROLS THIS    OPERATION
  • THE COMPRESSED BALE WEIGHS BETWEEN 600-650KG.
  • THE MOBILE PRESS IS PULLED BY A PRIME MOVER AND THE FEED TABLE SITTING ON A DOG TRAILER IS HITCHED TO THE MOBILE PRESS.
  • THE HYDRAULICS ARE POWERED BY A 385 BHP GEN SET ENGINE AND A 2000 LITRE OIL RESERVOIR IS BUILT IN.
  • THE BALE WILL HAVE A CONFIGURED FACE OF 4 BALES.
  • POWER WOULD BE BY "MARRYING" THE POWER OF THE MOBILE PRESS THROUGH QUICK COUPLING OF THE HYDRAULICS AND A 3 PHASE PLUG TO THE GENSET
